EXPERIENCE COMMUNITY IN MOTION
EXPERIENCE COMMUNITY IN MOTION
GRIT Boxing
The GRIT Boxing Program transforms movement into medicine through an innovative transformative journey that integrates boxing with four foundational pillars: Love, Individual Code, Community, and Future. Designed for youth ages 12-17, this adaptive curriculum meets participants where they are while building toward authentic self-expression, meaningful community connection, and strategic future planning.
Each session weaves physical mastery with emotional sovereignty, creating a trauma-informed space where youth develop their personal "DONK" or (goal) while learning to navigate life's challenges through movement as transformative technology. Led by culturally responsive facilitators, GRIT empowers young people to evolve from survival to creation, building both individual resilience and collective healing.
From void to vision—GRIT transforms challenge into possibility.

Seasoned Strikers
This community-empowered non-contact boxing class transforms movement into medicine for anyone navigating degenerative diseases, older adult isolation, or simply seeking connection through adaptive movement. Our culturally responsive approach honors every body's wisdom while creating thoughtfully paced frameworks that move at the pace of community, allowing participants to discover their own path to capability whether seated or standing.
Our trauma-informed facilitators understand that genuine transformation happens when we honor each person's rhythm and capacity. Whether you're managing Parkinson's, other neurological conditions, mobility challenges, or experiencing social isolation, we design our approach around the group's collective needs, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.
We enthusiastically encourage you to bring family members, friends, caregivers, and loved ones to participate alongside you. Families and caregivers become partners in collective growth—when loved ones move together at a pace that honors everyone's capacity, when families discover movement as their shared language despite physical limitations, that's empowerment, not charity. Invite the people who matter to you—this journey is better when shared. Together, we create progressive spaces where movement becomes a powerful catalyst for personal agency, community connection, and collective healing.
We amplify the resilient energy that already exists in older adult communities, designing considerate, flexible structures that allow everyone to participate fully—seated when needed, standing when able. Come as you are—our facilitators have the competence to honor your unique journey and help you discover what your body can teach you about resilience.
From community wisdom to collective strength—movement as medicine for the spaces in between.
