Through small group training, participants develop skill/movement fundamentals while working on college and career preparation in a supportive environment. Sessions blend physical skill development with real conversations about goals, decision-making, and navigating next steps—whether that's college, work, or other paths forward. The small group format creates space for individualized attention while building peer accountability and community.
